What do I need to get started?

A few of your old quotes, so the app learns your layout, your wording and your branding. And your inventory with your price list, as an Excel or CSV file, so every line is your item at your price. After that you only record.

Is it for a small company?

Yes. The smallest plan includes 30 sent quotes a month, and nothing locks you in: month to month, with an invoice rather than an automatic charge.
