GrizzlyCloser is a service that turns a sales visit into a quote for contractors in construction and home improvement. For the data of your own customers, you are the controller; we act as a processor on your instructions.

Recordings of sales visits and the text written out from them; the customer details a quote needs, such as name, address and contact details; the quotes themselves and their status; and the details of your company's users, such as name, email address and role.

To deliver the service you signed up for: writing out the visit, building the quote, sending it and recording the signature. We do not use the content of your visits or quotes to train models, and we do not share it with other customers.

A visit is recorded only after the people present have been told and have agreed. The app shows a script for that and stores the consent given alongside the recording, including the moment and the exact wording used.

Recordings, transcripts and quotes are stored on servers in the European Union. For the language models that draft the quote we rely on processors that may process outside the EU; contractual safeguards apply, and those vendors do not retain the content or use it for training.

For as long as your company is a customer, and after that for as long as the law requires for the records of a quote you sent. You can delete a conversation or a customer file yourself, which removes the recording and the transcript with it.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise any of them. If you are in the European Union you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
