The problem

The visit went well. The quote came too late. Now you are first.

You drive off with a head full of measurements, options and promises. The quote still has to be written up, and by the time it lands there are two others on the counter. That is where most jobs are lost: not on price, on speed.

The fix

The conversation becomes the quote.

Everything said at the table is in it: the proposal, what is and is not included, the schedule, and only then the price. In your template, and ready before you are back at the shop. The homeowner reads it on their phone and signs.

  • Your template
  • Prices from your own list
  • Signed online

Redwood & Co. Kitchens is invented. The tax split is not: materials are taxed at the rate the company set, labor is not.

What changes

  • Same day

Your quote goes out while the visit is still fresh, not three days later.

  • No night work

The write-up after the appointment disappears. You read it over, fix what needs fixing, and send.

  • Your brand

Nothing of ours on it. Your structure, your wording, your prices, your logo.

  • No guesswork

Every number comes from your price list or from what was actually said. Never from an estimate.

How it works

You talk. The rest happens.

Nothing about your sales call changes. The only thing you add is one tap before you sit down.

01

Stap 01: Record it at the kitchen table

One tap before you sit down, phone on the table, and that is it, even when there is no signal in the house.

02

Stap 02: Read back what was said

The visit comes back as text with the speakers kept apart. Next to every measurement, appliance and number, you see the sentence it came from.

03

Stap 03: The quote writes itself

You get a draft the way you would have written it: your template, your descriptions, your prices. Sales tax is already split the way you set it up.

04

Stap 04: Send it and get it signed

You read it over and send. The homeowner signs on their phone, and you see the moment they open it.

Under the hood

Every line comes from somewhere.

You load your inventory and your price list once. Whatever the homeowner asks for in their own words lands on the quote as your line item at your price. And from every line you can jump back to the sentence where they asked for it.

What makes it different

It writes the way you write.

Six things that decide whether this takes work off your plate or just adds to it.

Your old quotes are the example

You upload the quotes you have already sent. From those, GrizzlyCloser learns your structure, your descriptions and your tone. Write short and plain, and nothing flowery comes back.

Never an invented number

You also load your inventory and your price list. Every line comes from there, from what was said out loud, or from what you charged for the same work before. With no source, the line reads “price to be set” and the quote will not send until you fill it in yourself.

Nothing said at the table gets lost

The extra outlets, the discount you offered, the finish you promised: it is all in the draft. What is not in it turns into an argument later, or work you end up doing for free.

The tax math works itself out

The quote decides line by line what is taxable, at the rate you set, and prints the statement that goes with it. Materials are taxed and labor is not, unless you say otherwise. Change the rule once and every quote follows it.

What you promised is on record

The quote you send is frozen and kept, along with the moment the homeowner accepted it. If there is a disagreement later, there is a signed version and the conversation it came out of.

Your customer signs on their phone

They get a link to their quote, not an attachment they have to print first. You see when they open it and when they sign, so you know when a call is worth making.

Try it on your own quotes.

You do not have to take our word for it. Upload a few old quotes, record one visit, and compare what comes back with what you would have sent yourself.

Your data

  • The homeowner agrees first. The app shows you what to read out, and recording only starts once they say yes.

  • Your recordings and quotes are yours. We do not sell them and we do not train models on them.

  • Only your company sees your visits, your customers and your prices. A rep sees their own jobs, you as the owner see everything.

What you are wondering now.

The questions reps and owners ask before they start, including the ones about price. Answered short, because long answers usually hide something.

Can I just record in someone's home?

No. You ask first, and the app does that work for you. Before recording starts, GrizzlyCloser shows you a short line to read out. The homeowner says yes or no, and that answer is stored with the recording. If they say no, recording does not start.

Does it handle the way people actually talk?

Yes. That is what the speech engine was picked for: real kitchen-table talk, people interrupting each other, and a phone lying flat on a counter. And it learns your words on top of that: the brands, models and sizes in your price list, and the trade terms in your own quotes. Say “three centimeter quartz” and out comes your line item, spelled right.

What if the quote is wrong?

Then you fix it. That is how it is meant to work. You get a draft, not a finished document, and nothing reaches a customer until you have read it and sent it yourself.

What do I have to provide?

Two things, once, at setup. Your old quotes, so the app learns how you build and word a quote. And your inventory with your price list, so every line is your item at your price. After that you only record.

Can anyone else see my prices?

No. Your prices, your margins and your visits stay yours alone. They are never used to build a quote for another company, not even a competitor on the same software, and we do not train models on them.

What counts as a conversation?

One recorded sales visit that gets transcribed and analyzed. The quotes you build from it, edit and send do not count separately. Those are unlimited.

What if I go over in a busy month?

Then it keeps running and you pay per extra conversation at your plan's rate. Nothing stops, and there is nothing to decide up front.

Am I locked in?

No. Month to month, and after the trial it simply stops: nothing is charged automatically. Your data and the quotes you sent stay yours, and you can export them.

Ready toclose?

Create your account, upload a few old quotes and record your next visit. The quote that comes out of it can go out the same day.
