How it works

Five steps. You do one.

Nothing about the way you sell changes. You capture the visit, and the write-up afterwards happens without you, right up to the last check. That one stays yours.

  1. 01

    Record

One tap before you sit down at the table, phone face up, and that is all you do. You record with the homeowner's permission: the app shows you the line to read out.

    Transcribe

The visit is written out word for word, with the speakers kept apart. It handles the brand names, model numbers and measurements that come up in a real kitchen conversation.

    Understand

Which measurements, which appliances, which options, which promises? What the homeowner asked for in their own words gets matched to the line item in your price list, and everything that reaches the quote can be traced back to the moment it was said.

    Write it up

The quote appears the way you would have written it: your template, your line items, your prices from your own list. Sales tax follows the rule you configured, it is never guessed.

    Send and sign

You read it over, adjust and send. The homeowner gets a link to their own quote, which they can read, accept and sign on their phone.

In detail

The recording is not allowed to fail

A lost visit is worse than no recording. The audio is written to storage while you are still talking, and it only leaves your phone once it has arrived whole and intact. Lose signal in a basement and it stays on the device, then picks up again the moment you have bars.

An interruption does not end the visit

If a call comes in halfway through, the app notices, warns you, and picks up again on its own afterwards. Afterwards you see exactly where the gap is.

Every line has a source

What is on the quote traces back to the conversation: a measurement, an appliance, a discount you offered. A line that cannot be backed up is flagged or left out, never smoothed over. Prices come from your price list, looked up by item, never made up by the model.

You are the last step

The quote arrives as a draft. You change what you want, and only when you hit send does anything reach the customer. The version you sent is frozen and kept, so what was offered is settled afterwards.

That is how you keep the speed of a good visit without giving up the evening.

The three layers

From sound to document.

What the five steps above describe is one recording at the bottom and one quote at the top. In between sits the transcript, and that is what ties the two together.
