Quote softwarefor flooring companies.

A flooring quote is a sum of rooms, materials and prep: hardwood, LVP or carpet, the underlayment, the trim, what has to come up first. Record that conversation and the quote is ready the same day, in your template, at your prices. You read it over and send it, and the homeowner signs on their phone.

How it works

You talk. The rest happens.

Nothing about your sales call changes. The only thing you add is one tap before you sit down.

01

Stap 01: Record it at the kitchen table

One tap before you sit down, phone on the table, and that is it, even when there is no signal in the house.

02

Stap 02: Read back what was said

The visit comes back as text with the speakers kept apart. Next to every measurement, appliance and number, you see the sentence it came from.

03

Stap 03: The quote writes itself

You get a draft the way you would have written it: your template, your descriptions, your prices. Sales tax is already split the way you set it up.

04

Stap 04: Send it and get it signed

You read it over and send. The homeowner signs on their phone, and you see the moment they open it.

In the quote

Every room, with its square footage.

With flooring, the area drives almost everything. This is what ends up in the quote.

Square footage per room

Living room, hallway, bedrooms: the area you measured. A quantity said during the visit lands in the quote with a pointer to the moment it was said, and one without a source is flagged.

The floor by brand and line

The brand, the line, the color. The speech engine knows the names in your price list, so the floor the homeowner picks lands in the quote as your item at your price.

Underlayment, trim and transitions

Every item has its own unit: flooring and underlayment by the square foot, baseboard and transitions by the linear foot, stairs by the step.

What has to happen first

Tearing out the old floor, leveling, undercutting doors, moving furniture. The work you discuss becomes its own lines, so nothing comes as a surprise later.

Herringbone, or not

Undecided about herringbone, or about adding the stairs? Put it in the quote as an option. The homeowner checks what they want, watches the total update, and signs for what they chose.

Sales tax the way you set it

Materials taxable and labor not, or tax on everything: the quote follows the rule you set, at your rate, on every line.

Under the hood

Every line comes from somewhere.

You load your inventory and your price list once. Whatever the homeowner asks for in their own words lands on the quote as your line item at your price. And from every line you can jump back to the sentence where they asked for it.

Good to know.

Does it understand my product names?

Yes. The speech engine learns the brands, lines and colors in your price list and the terms in your own quotes, so the floor the homeowner names lands in the quote spelled right.

Can we sell from the showroom?

Yes. Record the conversation at the counter or in the living room. The app asks for consent first, and only a yes starts the recording.

What if the homeowner decides later?

They keep their quote as a link, with the options they can still check, until the expiration date on it. You see when they open it.
