Quote softwarefor cabinet shops.

A custom cabinet job is decided in the room: the measurements of the wall, the door style, the finish, the hardware. Record that conversation and the quote is ready the same day, in your template, at your prices. You read it over and send it, and the homeowner signs on their phone.

How it works

You talk. The rest happens.

Nothing about your sales call changes. The only thing you add is one tap before you sit down.

01

Stap 01: Record it at the kitchen table

One tap before you sit down, phone on the table, and that is it, even when there is no signal in the house.

02

Stap 02: Read back what was said

The visit comes back as text with the speakers kept apart. Next to every measurement, appliance and number, you see the sentence it came from.

03

Stap 03: The quote writes itself

You get a draft the way you would have written it: your template, your descriptions, your prices. Sales tax is already split the way you set it up.

04

Stap 04: Send it and get it signed

You read it over and send. The homeowner signs on their phone, and you see the moment they open it.

In the quote

Every cabinet, the way it was discussed.

Custom cabinetry comes down to inches and choices. This is what ends up in the quote.

Measurements to the inch

Width, height and depth of every run, and the opening it has to fit. A measurement said during the visit lands in the quote with a pointer to the moment it was said, and one without a source is flagged.

Door style and finish

Shaker or slab, painted or stained, the color. The speech engine knows the names in your price list, so what the homeowner picks lands in the quote as your item at your price.

Hardware by brand and model

Hinges, drawer slides, soft-close, pulls. Brands and models from your price list are recognized and spelled right, even when they come up fast.

Options the homeowner checks off

Undecided about under-cabinet lighting, a pull-out pantry or crown molding? Put it in the quote as an option. The homeowner checks what they want, watches the total update, and signs for what they chose.

Deposit before you order

Need a deposit before you cut? Your payment schedule is in the quote with the amounts filled in, so the homeowner knows what they pay and when before they sign.

Installation and what you promised

Removing the old cabinets, the install, touch-ups after the countertop goes in. What was promised makes it into the draft, so it never turns into an argument later.

Under the hood

Every line comes from somewhere.

You load your inventory and your price list once. Whatever the homeowner asks for in their own words lands on the quote as your line item at your price. And from every line you can jump back to the sentence where they asked for it.

Good to know.

I price custom work per job. Does that work?

Yes. Upload what you do have a price for, like boxes, doors, hardware and labor rates, and say your price for the custom pieces during the visit. It lands in the quote with the moment you said it. Anything without a source waits for you to fill it in.

What if the homeowner changes a measurement?

You change it and send a new version. The previous one is kept, so it is always clear which sizes were offered when.

Does it work for a shop with a few salespeople?

Yes. Each salesperson records their own visits and sees their own quotes, and the owner sees everything. You pay per company, not per salesperson.
