Stap 01: Record it at the kitchen table
One tap before you sit down, phone on the table, and that is it, even when there is no signal in the house.
A bathroom quote has a lot of lines: demolition, plumbing, tile by the square foot, fixtures, vanity, installation, and the choices the homeowner still has to make. Record the visit and the quote is ready the same day, in your template, at your prices. You read it over and send it, and the homeowner signs on their phone.

How it works
Nothing about your sales call changes. The only thing you add is one tap before you sit down.
In the quote
Much of a bathroom is decided during the visit itself: what comes out, where the shower goes, which tile it will be. This is what ends up in the quote.
Floor and walls, the size, the square footage you measured. Every item in your price list has its own unit, and a quantity said during the visit lands in the quote with a pointer to the moment it was said. One without a source is flagged, so you check it.
Walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, faucets. The speech engine knows the brands and models in your price list, so what the homeowner picks lands in the quote as your item at your price.
Tearing out the old bathroom, moving the drain, the electrical work. The work you discuss becomes its own lines in the quote, at the prices in your price list.
Tax on materials only, on everything, or not shown: the quote applies the rule you set, line by line, at the rate you enter, and prints the statement that goes with it.
Undecided between a regular shower head and a rain shower, or about heated floors? Put it in the quote as an option. The homeowner checks what they want, watches the total update, and signs for what they chose.
The discount you agreed to, hauling away the debris, the outlets by the mirror. What was promised makes it into the draft, so it never turns into an argument later.
Under the hood
You load your inventory and your price list once. Whatever the homeowner asks for in their own words lands on the quote as your line item at your price. And from every line you can jump back to the sentence where they asked for it.
Yes, and only those. You upload your inventory and price list once, as an Excel or CSV file. Every line comes from it, from what was said during the visit, or from what you charged for the same work before. With no source, the line says “price to be determined” and the quote does not go out.
However you set it in your price list. Every item has its own unit, and the quote uses the quantity mentioned during the visit. If a quantity is off, you change it before you send.
They ask from the quote itself, and you read it right there. You make the change and send a new version. The previous one is kept, so it is always clear what was offered when.
