Stap 01: Record it at the kitchen table
One tap before you sit down, phone on the table, and that is it, even when there is no signal in the house.
An HVAC sale is a set of choices the homeowner hesitates over: a heat pump or a furnace, which efficiency, the ductwork, the thermostat. Record that conversation and the quote is ready the same day, in your template, at your prices. You read it over and send it, and the homeowner signs on their phone.

How it works
Nothing about your sales call changes. The only thing you add is one tap before you sit down.
In the quote
HVAC is sold on options. This is what ends up in the quote.
Put three systems in the quote as options. The homeowner compares them on their phone, checks the one they want and watches the total update.
The speech engine knows the brands and models in your price list, so the system the homeowner picks lands in the quote as your item at your price, spelled right.
Every item has its own unit: duct by the foot, registers by the piece, labor by the hour. Quantities from the visit point to the moment they were said.
Undecided about a smart thermostat, an air purifier or a maintenance plan? Put it in the quote as an option. The homeowner checks what they want, watches the total update, and signs for what they chose.
Disconnecting and hauling away the old furnace or condenser. The work you discuss becomes its own lines, so the homeowner sees what is included.
Take a deposit when the equipment is ordered and the balance at completion? Your payment schedule is in the quote with the amounts filled in.
Under the hood
You load your inventory and your price list once. Whatever the homeowner asks for in their own words lands on the quote as your line item at your price. And from every line you can jump back to the sentence where they asked for it.
Yes. They keep the quote as a link, with the options they can still check, until the expiration date on it. You see when they open it, so you know when a call makes sense.
The way you set it: tax on materials only, on everything, or not shown, at the rate you enter. Change the rule once and every quote follows it.
Yes. Each advisor records their own visits and sees their own quotes, and the owner sees everything. You pay per company, not per user.
