Quote softwarefor countertop fabricators.

A countertop quote is square footage plus a list of details: the slab, the edge, the sink and cooktop cutouts, the backsplash. Record that conversation and the quote is ready the same day, in your template, at your prices. You read it over and send it, and the homeowner signs on their phone.

How it works

You talk. The rest happens.

Nothing about your sales call changes. The only thing you add is one tap before you sit down.

01

Stap 01: Record it at the kitchen table

One tap before you sit down, phone on the table, and that is it, even when there is no signal in the house.

02

Stap 02: Read back what was said

The visit comes back as text with the speakers kept apart. Next to every measurement, appliance and number, you see the sentence it came from.

03

Stap 03: The quote writes itself

You get a draft the way you would have written it: your template, your descriptions, your prices. Sales tax is already split the way you set it up.

04

Stap 04: Send it and get it signed

You read it over and send. The homeowner signs on their phone, and you see the moment they open it.

In the quote

Every run, measured and sourced.

One wrong number and the job loses money. This is what ends up in the quote, and how you check it.

Square footage per run

The kitchen runs, the island, the bathroom vanity. A quantity said during the visit lands in the quote with a pointer to the moment it was said, and one without a source is flagged before you send.

Material and color

Quartz, granite, marble or solid surface, the brand and the color. The speech engine knows the names in your price list, so the slab the homeowner picks lands in the quote as your item at your price.

Edges, cutouts and backsplash

Every item has its own unit: the top by the square foot, the edge profile by the linear foot, each cutout by the piece.

Tear-out and install

Removing the old tops, templating, the install, disconnecting the sink. The work you discuss becomes its own lines, so the homeowner sees what is included.

Upgrades as options

Undecided about a mitered edge, a full-height backsplash or an extra cutout? Put it in the quote as an option. The homeowner checks what they want, watches the total update, and signs for what they chose.

Deposit before templating

Take a deposit before you template or cut? Your payment schedule is in the quote with the amounts filled in, so the homeowner knows what they pay and when.

Under the hood

Every line comes from somewhere.

You load your inventory and your price list once. Whatever the homeowner asks for in their own words lands on the quote as your line item at your price. And from every line you can jump back to the sentence where they asked for it.

Good to know.

Can I quote a remodeler instead of a homeowner?

Yes. The quote goes to whoever you are selling to, in the same template and at the same prices. Sales tax follows the rule you set.

What if the final measurements differ from the estimate?

You update the quote and send a new version. The previous one is kept, so it is always clear what was offered and signed when.

Does it work with pricing by color group?

Each item in your price list has one price per unit, so each color group or slab tier is its own item. A price you say during the visit works too: it lands in the quote with the moment you said it.
