Stap 01: Record it at the kitchen table
One tap before you sit down, phone on the table, and that is it, even when there is no signal in the house.
Replacement windows are sold opening by opening: the frame, the glass, the color, how it opens. Record that conversation and the quote is ready the same day, in your template, at your prices. You read it over and send it, and the homeowner signs on their phone.

How it works
Nothing about your sales call changes. The only thing you add is one tap before you sit down.
In the quote
With windows and doors, every opening is its own decision. This is what ends up in the quote.
The kitchen window, the patio door, the front entry. Every opening becomes its own line in the quote, with the sizes said during the visit and a pointer to the moment they were said.
Vinyl, fiberglass or wood, double or triple pane, the color inside and out. The speech engine knows the names in your price list, so what the homeowner picks lands in the quote as your item.
Removing the old units, the sills, the interior trim. The work you discuss becomes its own lines, so the homeowner sees what is included.
Undecided about grilles, a better glass package or a storm door? Put it in the quote as an option. The homeowner checks what they want, watches the total update, and signs for what they chose.
Windows are made to order, so you take a deposit. Your payment schedule is in the quote with the amounts filled in, so the homeowner knows what they pay and when.
Tax on materials only, on everything, or not shown: the quote applies the rule you set, line by line, at the rate you enter, and prints the statement that goes with it.
Under the hood
You load your inventory and your price list once. Whatever the homeowner asks for in their own words lands on the quote as your line item at your price. And from every line you can jump back to the sentence where they asked for it.
Each item has one price per unit, by the piece or by the united inch if that is how your price list works. A price you say during the visit works too, and without a source the quote does not go out.
You update them and send a new version. The previous one is kept, so it is always clear what was offered when.
Yes. The quote carries your logo, your colors and your terms, and reads as a quote from your company. They see nothing of GrizzlyCloser.
