Stap 01: Record it at the kitchen table
One tap before you sit down, phone on the table, and that is it, even when there is no signal in the house.
A kitchen quote is a long list: cabinets, doors, countertops, appliances, installation, and every promise you made along the way. Record the visit and that list is ready the same day, in your template, at your prices. You read it over and send it, and the homeowner signs on their phone.

How it works
Nothing about your sales call changes. The only thing you add is one tap before you sit down.
In the quote
A kitchen consultation easily runs an hour, in the showroom or in the home. This is what ends up in the quote, without you typing it up at night.
Cooktop, oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge. The speech engine knows the brands and models in your price list, so the appliance the homeowner picks lands in the quote as your item at your price, spelled right.
Material, thickness, the sink cutout, the linear feet. A measurement said during the visit lands in the quote with a pointer to the moment it was said. One without a source is flagged, so you check it before the quote goes out.
Undecided between two faucets, or about under-cabinet lighting? Put it in the quote as an option. The homeowner checks what they want, watches the total update, and signs for what they chose.
The quote decides line by line what is taxable, at the rate you set: materials only, everything, or not shown at all. Change the rule once and every quote follows it.
Take a deposit at signing and the balance later? Your payment schedule is in the quote with the amounts filled in, so the homeowner knows what they pay and when before they sign.
The discount you agreed to, hauling away the old cabinets, an install on a Saturday. What was promised makes it into the draft. What doesn’t becomes an argument later, or work you do for free.
Under the hood
You load your inventory and your price list once. Whatever the homeowner asks for in their own words lands on the quote as your line item at your price. And from every line you can jump back to the sentence where they asked for it.
Yes. You upload your inventory and price list once, as an Excel or CSV file. From then on every line in the quote is your item at your price. Anything without a price says “price to be determined”, and the quote cannot go out until you fill it in.
Yes. From a few of your old quotes, GrizzlyCloser learns your layout, your wording and your terms, and the quote carries your logo and your colors. The homeowner sees your company, never ours.
Then they have their quote as a link, with the options they can still check. You see when they open it. If they have a question, they ask it from the quote itself, and you read it right there.
