Stap 01: Record it at the kitchen table
One tap before you sit down, phone on the table, and that is it, even when there is no signal in the house.
A plumbing quote is worked out in the home: which fixtures, where the lines run, what happens to the old water heater. Record that conversation and the quote is ready the same day, in your template, at your prices. You read it over and send it, and the homeowner signs on their phone.

How it works
Nothing about your sales call changes. The only thing you add is one tap before you sit down.
In the quote
A plumbing job is fixtures, labor and material. This is what ends up in the quote.
Faucets, toilets, a water heater, a softener. The speech engine knows the brands and models in your price list, so the fixture the homeowner picks lands in the quote as your item at your price.
Every item has its own unit: pipe by the foot, fittings by the piece, labor by the hour. Quantities from the visit point to the moment they were said.
Put a standard, a mid-range and a premium water heater in the quote as options. The homeowner checks the one they want and watches the total update.
Disconnecting and hauling away the old unit, capping lines that are no longer used. The work you discuss becomes its own lines, so the homeowner sees what is included.
You set your sales tax rule and rate once. Every line is taxed by that rule, and a quote can also show no tax at all if that is how you sell.
The discount you agreed to, patching the drywall behind the new valve, an install on a set day. What was promised makes it into the draft.
Under the hood
You load your inventory and your price list once. Whatever the homeowner asks for in their own words lands on the quote as your line item at your price. And from every line you can jump back to the sentence where they asked for it.
Yes. The speech engine learns the brands and models in your price list, so when the homeowner names a fixture, your item comes out, spelled right.
They ask it from the quote itself, you get a notification and read the question right there. You change what is needed and send a new version.
Yes. Your payment schedule is in the quote with the amounts filled in, so the homeowner knows what they pay and when before they sign.
